Rp 3.000.000 for usage from 08:00–20:00
Overtime: Rp 750.000 per hour
Security Deposit
Rp. 2.000.000
The deposit will be returned within 3 (three) days after the photoshoot, provided there are no damages, losses, or additional cleaning required.
Payment Terms
Full payment of the rate and security deposit is due immediately upon confirmation to secure the booking.
Cancellation & Deposit Policy
The security deposit will not be refunded if any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required as a result of the photoshoot.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
If damages or additional costs exceed the security deposit amount, the renter agrees to cover the remaining balance.
Rules for Photoshoots
Violation of these rules will result in your eviction with no refund
No smoking
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the house and in all outdoor areas. Based on prior experience, cigarette butts are often discarded carelessly and are very difficult to clean. Any violation will result in an additional cleaning fee.
Max. 10 people
Including crew, talent, and clients. The house is relatively small and not designed for large-scale productions.
No trucks
Production trucks of any size are NOT allowed.
Parking
Two cars maximum.
Only between 08:00-20:00
No setup before or breakdown after these hours. Loud music, shouting, or any behavior that may disturb neighbors is not permitted.
No overnight stay
Overnight stays are NOT permitted. The property may only be used for daytime photoshoot activities.
CCTV at the house
Please note that CCTV is facing the garage.
24-hour security
The complex has 24-hour security.
Heavy furniture may not be moved
Including sofas, large tables, and beds.
No drilling, nailing, taping, or altering
No use of strong adhesives, nails, staples, or similar materials.
Cleanliness must be maintained
All dishes and cooking equipment must be washed and cleaned after use
The kitchen and all areas must be returned to their original condition
All trash must be disposed of properly
If the house is left in an unclean condition, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
Heavy furniture may not be moved
Including sofas, large tables, and beds. All furniture, décor, and property must be returned to their original positions at the end of the photoshoot.
